Since 2017 Olsar has developed and taken part in the “Industry 4.0” project by investing in a new integration and interconnection system that includes industrial automation, software and cutting-edge technology for sheet metal processing with factories dedicated to smarter and more intelligent production. The value of the certifications consists in being able to provide real and tangible guarantees of quality, reliability, safety and durability over time. For the procurement of materials, Olsar makes use of primary certified national suppliers who guarantee quality products.
The internal quality system provides, in accordance with the ISO 9001 standard, the control of the materials in acceptance and the sample control of the semi-finished products in the various processing stages in order to guarantee the customer products free from defects, both in terms of surface both structurally and qualitatively. All measuring instruments are periodically calibrated using the comparison method with certified instruments and, thanks to a software system and the empowerment of its personnel, Olsar is able to detect and trace the various processes back to the control phases of the materials produced, starting from the raw material to the final stage of the product. All information is then archived in a memory on the Olsar server.
This operation is periodically examined and controlled through the certification of its quality system in compliance with UNI EN ISO 9001 standards.
