The installation of the P4 Salvagnini panel bender has been completed.

The P4 panel bender is a cornerstone of Industry 5.0, revolutionizing panel production. In addition to its advanced performance, this machine represents a decisive step towards a more innovative and sustainable industry.

The P4-2120 can produce panels in various shapes, including polygonal ones, with a maximum length of 2100 mm and a height of up to 203 mm, working with thicknesses ranging from 0.5 mm to 3.2 mm. Thanks to its versatility, we can accurately respond to the most complex market demands, ensuring high quality even in the most intricate processes.

One of the strengths of the P4-2120 is its innovative work surface, made up of both spheres and brushes, which allows for safe processing of delicate or protected materials, preventing scratches or damage.

The FACE interface has been designed to simplify communication with the operator, providing a straightforward and immediate interaction with the system. This, along with the IoT connection through the LINKS platform, enables us to constantly monitor the machine and its components, ensuring efficiency and minimizing downtime.

Another distinguishing feature of the P4-2120 is its proprietary bending formula combined with the patented MAC3.0 technology, which makes the system fully adaptive in real-time. This means that the machine automatically adjusts to the materials and bending conditions, optimizing the process and significantly reducing waste.
